Starter Fertilizers: 5-20-5, 9-18-9, 3-18-18
An overwhelming amount of research, test plots, and full-field examples have proven the advantages of selecting a high-grade source of starter fertilizer. Liquid, food-grade orthophosphate used in the production of 5-20-5, 9-18-9, and 3-18-18 by Evergreen Liquid Plant Food Ltd. has proven itself superior over dry fertilizer, liquid polyphosphates, and ortho-polyphosphate mixes, using cheaper sources of phos-acid.
Our starter fertilizers are manufactured in-house, using high quality, 100 percent food-grade white orthophosphates. All of our starter fertilizers are capable of integrating multiple micronutrients, for a single, cost-effective application.
Micronutrients
Evergreen Liquid Plant Food’s trace elements are high-quality and can be custom-blended with your fertilizer. They are used to supplement specific multi-nutrient deficiencies found in your soil or plants, promoting a quick recovery and reducing any yield lag.
Liquid Boron: Essential for cell division, protein synthesis, root development and the structural integrity of the plant. 10% EDTA & Neutralbor
Liquid Manganese: Accelerates germination and maturity, while increasing Calcium and Phosphorous availability. EDTA 6%
Liquid Zinc: Improves plant growth through stimulating the plants’ enzyme systems. Increases the availability of Calcium and Phosphorous. EDTA 9%
Liquid Copper: Improves photosynthesis in chlorophyll production. EDTA 7.5%
Solubor: Has a high concentration of Boron, with the maximum possible dispersion and solubility in water (20.50%).
Magnesium: Essential for photosynthesis and is an activator for many plant enzymes required in growth processes.
Zinc Sulphate: Binds to proteins or organic acids in plants. In high concentrations, it affects the growth of moss (35%).
Copper Sulphate: Binds to proteins in fungi and algae. This damages the cells, causing them to leak and die. In snails, copper disrupts the normal function of the skin cells and enzymes (25.50%).
Magnesium Sulphate: A foliar fertilizer for application to crops to help overcome Magnesium deficiencies (9.8% mag – 12.9% sulphate).
Manganese: Increases availability of calcium and phosphorous to your crop, while aiding in chlorophyll development (22%).
Citric Acid: Organic pH reducer.
